The ideal base for exploring the city! Conveniently located near Termini station and major sites, everything is within walking distance. Staff, especially Marco, were exceptionally helpful, providing maps and tips. Clean rooms with spacious showers enhance the experience. Just be mindful of street noise, but it’s a small price for such a prime location.

If you value peace, consider earplugs!!! Noise from the street and thin walls disrupt restful sleep. Inconsistent hot water pressure made morning showers less than pleasant!!! Additional staff training on customer service could enhance experiences!!!

I stayed for three nights, and my experience was quite disappointing. The noise from the street was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, I found the room to be inadequately supplied with hot water, which was a frustrating way to start each day.

It was just a smart choice for a hurried visit in Rome with value for money. The staff were really friendly, especially Marco, who helped with all my questions. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
